Cancellation Policy

​All in-person bookings require a minimum deposit of $100 to secure unless an alternative has been agreed upon. Any money paid to secure the booking is non-refundable and this does include if you choose to pay in-full in advance. Booking may be altered to a different date provided 48 hours notice is provided. Less notice may potentially be provided without loss of deposit, but this is at my discretion. Please get in contact to discuss.

 

If a booking is postponed by you, and sufficient notice provided, you may transfer a deposit once within 2 weeks otherwise deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to secure. This can only be done once. Cancelling and postponing a second time will result in forfeit of deposit.

Should I cancel the booking due to a circumstance to do with myself and not with the client, deposit will be refunded. Such examples include falling ill, personal emergency etc.

Should any inappropriate behaviours surface from the time of deposit until the time of the booking or during the booking, all monies will be forfeited and booking cancelled.

Such examples include: attempting to convince to do services I have already outlined that I do not offer, pressuring for unprotected services, over the top contact that is more than what is necessary to make a booking, arriving more than 15 minutes late without any communication, stalking, etc.

 

If you are running late, I allow 15 minutes leeway (provided you have contacted me to let me know) before you start cutting into your time. If you are running late but do not communicate this to me, this will automatically cut into your time from the original arrival time. No show = forfeit of deposit. Should you do a no-show and try to book again in future, full payment will be required up front.

 

Should you cancel within 3 hours of the booking, full payment remaining will be owed. Should this not be paid, a debt collection process will be involved where you have 24 hours to settle payment in full. Should this not occur, an overdue reminder will be provided to allow 7 days to make payment. Finally, should payment still not be made, a licensed debt collector will be engaged and you will be blacklisted.

 

Anyone attempting to reverse funds or any other attempt to take back funds, will be reported to the police. Payment is one of the conditions of my consent (along with protection, health check, etc) so any reversal attempts would mean withdrawal of consent and therefore pursuit of sexual assault charges.

Should there be an agreement between provider and client for a special price based on a different dynamic in the booking and future bookings, then a refund of monies may not be applicable even if I fall ill.

An example of this situation may include: paying a lower hourly rate due to being a long time regular client, and agreeing that some sessions may be mostly social and some may involve full service. This of course is dependent on the agreement  of the dynamic and services between provider and client.

By securing a booking with me you agree you have read my advertisement, my location, the services I offer, the rates I advertise at, the dates I am touring and agree that your deposit is non refundable should you overlook information and change your mind or make a mistake that could have been prevented by reading my ad.
