Cancellation Policy
BY SECURING A BOOKING WITH ME, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY.

-
Deposit Requirement:
A minimum deposit of $100 is required to secure a booking, which is non-refundable regardless of whether the booking is canceled or postponed. Should a client choose to pay a larger sum as a deposit, this policy will still apply.
-
Postponement and Cancellation:
-
Bookings can be postponed with at least 48 hours' notice with no impact on deposit.
-
A deposit can be transferred once for a postponed booking within two weeks; after that, it is forfeited.
-
Should there be an agreement between provider and client for a special price based on a different dynamic in the booking and future bookings, then a refund of monies may not be applicable even if the provider falls ill.
An example of this situation may include: paying a lower hourly rate due to being a long time regular client, and agreeing that some sessions may be mostly social and some may involve full service. This of course is dependent on the agreement of the dynamic and services between provider and client. -
Cancelling within 3 hours of the booking may incur full payment of the remaining balance or a cancellation fee, depending on the preparation required for the booking. Legal collection procedures (including engagement of debt collection agency) will be adhered to should this payment not be made.
-
-
Communication and Timeliness:
-
Clients are granted a 15-minute leeway if they communicate being late by SMS, after which the session time may be cut.
-
No-shows result in forfeited deposits and future bookings requiring full payment upfront.
-
-
Inappropriate Behaviour:
Any inappropriate conduct during the booking process / during booking may result in the cancellation of the booking / immediate end of booking and forfeiture of any moneys paid
Examples of such conduct include, but are not limited to: excessive communication that is not relevant to the booking/ has already been addressed, pushing for services not offered, removal of protection (police will be notified), committing an act not consented to, attempts to barter, arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication, stalking, rude or threatening communication, etc.
-
Illness or Emergencies:
The deposit may be refunded if the provider cancels due to illness or personal emergencies.
-
Payment Reversal:
Attempts to reverse payments, make fake payments / present falsified receipts, or steal back cash paid will be reported to authorities and may lead to serious legal repercussions.
-
Agreement Acknowledgment:
By securing a booking, the client agrees they have read the website/ advertisement, location, the services offered, the rates, the dates provider is touring and agree that the deposit is non refundable should the client overlook information and change their mind or make a mistake that could have been prevented by reading the advertisement / website in full.
This policy is designed to protect both the provider and client, ensuring clear expectations and communication in the booking process. If you have specific questions about any part of this policy or need further clarifications, feel free to ask!
